The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre is a state-of-the-art accessible facility.
We welcome all patrons with the goal of making performances and facilities enjoyable for all.

Accessible seating is available in our theatre, and must be requested in advance. Wheelchair seats are not available online; please purchase directly through the box office.
The main entrance is equipped with automatic doors. Parking and all theatre entrances are at ground level.
Booster seats are available at the box office in limited quantities.
American Sign Language
American Sign Language Interpretation is provided at one performance during the season of Christmas Stars. Contact the Box office manager for details.
Hearing Loop System
The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre is pleased to provide a T-Loop hearing system. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by hearing aids equipped with telecoil technology. Personal hearing devices that hook into the T-loop are available to use, free of charge, at the box office. A photo ID is required to check one out.
Refreshments are available before, after and during intermission. Only bottled water may be consumed in the theatre.
Restrooms are located in the theatre wing, in the corridor directly behind the box office.
Box Office Hours
Noon - 3:00 PM Mondays and Wednesdays during school season
Expanded box office hours of Monday through Friday from noon to 3:00 pm for the two weeks prior to all public shows.
**When visiting the box office please use the main theatre entrance under the canopy.
Open for walk-up sales one hour prior to all public performances.
Online ticket sales close two hours before curtain.

All performances will go on as scheduled regardless of weather and no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that a production or single performance is cancelled, we have developed options for patrons holding tickets to the affected shows(s).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are offered only by contacting the box office directly. Service fees apply. Exceptions apply in case of emergency cancellation of a performance or production.
