Christmas Stars Cancellation Policy
At Christmas Stars, our goal is to exceed our patron’s expectations from purchase to performance. We value our patrons and have created a resolution process that meets your needs and expectations.
In the unlikely event a production or single performance is cancelled, we have developed options for patrons holding tickets to the affected show(s).
Patrons holding tickets to a cancelled production or performance will be offered several options. See below for a full explanation. Patrons who used vouchers or Silver, Gold, or complimentary tickets to obtain their seats should contact the box office for specific instructions. Unredeemed vouchers issued for a cancelled performance will be honored for a future performance.
Consider donating your ticket purchase
Donations benefit Christmas Stars by offsetting expenses related to unexpected cancellations of a performance or production. Please consider donating your ticket purchase by contacting the box office.
Donations may be tax-deductible; please consult your tax advisor. To receive a donation letter for tax purposes please contact us within 30 days of the cancelled performance. Have the following information ready to assist in processing your request:
- Name and contact information of person who purchased the tickets including, email, mailing address and phone number. OR
- Transaction Number from your purchase

Transfer to a future performance
Patrons holding tickets to a cancelled performance may transfer their ticket(s) to any of that year’s remaining Christmas Stars performances. Transfer fees will be waived. No price differential will be recognized.
In the event that the cancelled performance is the last of the year, the face value* of the ticket(s) will be refunded upon request.
In the event that all performance dates of a production are cancelled, the purchase price* of the ticket(s) will be refunded upon request. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of the cancelled production.
*” Face value” does not include service fees on credit card purchases. These fees are established by Showtix4u, our box office vendor, and are nonrefundable.

Request a refund
Refunds are offered only in the event that a performance or production is cancelled by the theatre. Refunds may be requested by contacting the box office within 30 days of the cancelled performance or production.

When contacting the box office, please have the following information ready to assist in processing your request:
- Name and contact information of person who purchased the tickets including, email, mailing address and phone number.
- Transaction Number from your receipt
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. Cash or check purchases will be refunded by check only. Allow up to 3 weeks for processing of check refunds.
