Advance Premium Group Sales Info
Terms and Conditions
Advance Premium Group Sales (APGS) is available to groups of 10 or more. APGS seats are limited and reservations taken in the order they are received.
Reservations will be accepted from December 13, 2021 until all APGS seats are sold or until July 31, 2022, whichever occurs first.
A down payment of $1.00 per seat reserved is due within 30 days of making the reservation. If the down payment is not received within the 30 day grace period, the producer reserves the right to refuse the reservation. The down payment will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled before August 31st. Cancellations after August 31, 2022 will forfeit the down payment. If the final count of the reservation is less than the original number reserved, all down payment money will apply to the final balance.
Once you receive your tickets, please inspect them to ensure that they are for the correct date and time. If you discover a problem, please contact the box office at (920) 733-8840. Show tickets are not exchangeable or refundable once an order is processed unless the performance for which you are holding a ticket is cancelled.
APGS tickets are offered for larger groups to secure premium seating to select performances well in advance of public ticket sales. Groups taking advantage of APGS tickets should be aware that the producer reserves the right to sell unreserved APGS seats during public ticket sales at lower prices. Groups that do not take advantage of APGS ticket sales, and purchase tickets during the public ticket sales are not guaranteed premium seats and may not be able to be seated together.

All performances will go on as scheduled regardless of weather and no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that a production or single performance is cancelled, we have developed options for patrons holding tickets to the affected shows(s).
